CSC Region 4 Batangas August 7, 2022 CSE

Similar to the announcement of CSC REGION 4 FO CAVITE, Civil Service Commission Region 4 (Batangas) Field Office announced that they will also accommodate both the unrefunded examinees of the canceled March 15, 2020 CSE-PPT and general public applicants. Those registrants who were not able to refund their fees can take the exam, however, they will still have to file the required documents, but won’t have to pay any fees. CSC Region 4 Batangas Field Office would like to inform the public that all applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and will have limited slots.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Applicants must not have taken the same level of Career Service Examination, regardless of mode, within the last three (3) months before the date of examination. Example: Those who will take the June 19, 2022 CSE-PPT Professional Level, are not allowed to file for the August 7, 2022 CSE-PPT Professional Level.

What to bring on the day of Filing of Exam Application:

1. CSE-PPT Application Form. Downloadable at THIS LINK.
2. Certificate of Consent. Downloadable at THIS LINK.
3. Valid ID Card with Date of Birth (Original copy and Photocopy). Present an original copy of Birth of Certificate by the PSA or LCR if ID card has no date of birth.
4. Vaccination ID Card (Original copy and Photocopy)
5. Four (4) pcs. ID picture.
6. Examination Fee: P500.00 (For non-refundees/general public)
