CSC Region 7 August 7, 2022 Announcement

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office 7 wishes to announce the conduct of the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for the Professional and Subprofessional levels on August 7, 2022. Please refer to the table below for the testing centers that will accommodate the types of applicants in the upcoming exam.

Cebu City Bogo City Tagbilaran City Dumaguete City	Limited only to the registered examinees of the canceled March 15, 2020 examination who did not receive their refund.
Siquijor	Limited to requests from government agencies in Siquijor and examinees of the canceled March 15, 2020, based in Siquijor who opt to take the exam thereat.

Steps in applying for the August 7, 2022 CSE-PPT:

1. You may start accessing the link https://ocsease.csc.gov.ph to sign-up/ to create an account. Applicants must check their email for the activation link.

2. Due to the limited number of rooms, please register at the same testing center, where you registered last March 15, 2020. However, examinees from the Province of Siquijor who previously applied to take the examination to apply at the Siquijor testing center, albeit, subject to the availability of slots.

3. Starting June 2, 2022, sign-in https://ocsease.csc.gov.ph to sign-up/ to proceed with the application and uploading of required documents until the whole process is completed. Prepare the following documents:

1. Scanned copy of the Valid ID (front and back copy of the ID)
2. Scanned copy of the passport-sized photo with the handwritten nametag and signature over name, taken within 3 months from the examination date. (4 copies of the original photo shall be submitted together with the printed application form)
3. Scanned copy of the Vaccination Card
4. Completely-signed Consent Form (can be downloaded from the online system)

4. Choose the date of appearance for the submission of the printed copy of the application form and the hard copies of all the required documents.

5. Always check your registered email address and the spam folder for any email sent.

6. Examinees who decided to take the CSE-PPT on June 19, 2022, are reminded of the three-month prohibition on taking the CSE, wherein the examinees must not have taken the same level of Career Service Examination within that period, regardless of mode of examination. For examinees who are pregnant, please be informed that the CSC will only accept applications from those who will be 6 months on the way, at most, on the day of the exam (August 7, 2022) due to the strenuous pre-exam to post-exam activities which may be straining and risky to pregnant women.
